This stylish, new apartment is the perfect retreat for a luxurious Wanaka getaway—your home away from home. Ideal for couples and small families, it offers a spacious and modern design with everything you need for a comfortable stay.  
  
Located in the new Northlake suburb, just 5km from Lake Wanaka town, this apartment boasts breathtaking, uninterrupted mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island bench, perfect for entertaining.  
  
Step out onto the balcony to relax, dine, or enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine while soaking in the stunning scenery. Plus, there’s plenty of storage for bikes, skis, and snow gear—making it an excellent base for adventure in any season.   
  
This new apartment consists of 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms  
1 King bed in master with ensuite and walk in robe  
1 King bed with ranch slider opening to balcony  
  
Both with mountain views   
  
There is a thriving cafe/bar/restaurant \`Hello Ranger\` situated right next to the apartments. With a kids playground just steps away. Also a pump track and skate park across the road.   
A convenience store is located in the complex below the apartment for any supplies you may need.  
  
Please note the Apartment is on the second floor. There is no lift/elevator so bags must be carried up stairs to access Apartment.  
  
We are here to help in Wanaka if there is anything you need we are just a message away.   
Please let us know if there is anything you might need. Items can be posted before arrival and groceries delivered if desired.
