As you arrive, you\`ll be immersed in the historical charm of Wanaka, where the southern lake area was once a vast sheep station. Enjoy the tranquil, tree-lined surroundings from both inside and outside the apartment. Situated on the ground floor, the apartment offers easy access for those with mobility needs. We provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets or powder, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. Please be aware that these are just initial supplies, and you may need to replenish them during your stay. Guests have access to the whole apartment OUR STRICT RULES: No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm: As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us.
