    This modern home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom plus additional powder room, a generous outdoor grass & entertaining area allows this property to be enjoyed year round. Conveniently located on Anderson Road in Wanaka, a short drive or walk to Wanaka township.

    With heating & cooling on both floors this property is to be enjoyed in all seasons.



    This home has two bedrooms each featuring views of the surrounding alpine scenery.



    A fully equipped kitchen gives you the option of dining in or enjoy some of the surrounding restaurants & cafes.

Great little townhouse

Loved our stay at this property, it’s small but has everything we needed. House is modern and new, easy to find and we loved that the bedrooms are suntraps, so warm! Beds are firm but comfy, would happily stay again, thank you.
