Hibiscus is a beautifully styled four-bedroom coastal home sitting moments from both Wamberal Lagoon and Wamberal Beach. Light-filled, generous, and designed for families who want to be together — with the outdoor space to make every day feel like a proper holiday. The indoor-outdoor flow connects the designer kitchen and open-plan living to the alfresco terrace, the pool, and the level grassed yard in one seamless setting that families of nine settle into immediately and never want to leave.

The Pool & Yard:

A sparkling pool framed by lush landscaping and a large level grassed yard side by side — this is the heart of Hibiscus, and the reason families come back. The kids move between the pool and the lawn all day while the grown-ups relax on the alfresco terrace with a drink and nowhere to be. It is the complete family outdoor package, and it is genuinely hard to find at this level this close to the beach.



The Alfresco & Entertaining:

Large sliding doors open the living areas directly onto the sun-drenched alfresco terrace — the natural gathering point for long lunches, afternoon drinks, and evening dinners with the pool shimmering in the background. The Neighborhood:

Wamberal is a relaxed, picturesque coastal suburb on the Central Coast of New South Wales, located just north of Terrigal. It’s best known for its long stretch of sandy beach — Wamberal Beach — which is popular for swimming, surfing, walking, and enjoying ocean views, yet tends to be a little quieter than neighbouring Terrigal.



The suburb has a strong coastal lifestyle with cafés, restaurants, boutique shops and community spots like the Wamberal Surf Life Saving Club and Breakers Country Club, plus family‑friendly amenities and local schools nearby.



Wamberal appeals to families, professionals and retirees who enjoy beachside living, natural beauty such as Wamberal Lagoon and nearby bushland, and easy access to both relaxed outdoor activities and convenient services.



Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $2,000, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will also be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.



We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your card details will not be shared with any third party or retained beyond what is necessary to securely process the required payment or authorization.



Third-party bookings are generally not permitted. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property and must be present for the duration of the booking.



The booking guest is responsible for providing accurate guest details, completing all required verification, agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, and accepting responsibility for the conduct of all guests during the stay.



Exceptions may be considered for legitimate third-party bookings made by recognized insurance companies, corporate organizations, relocation providers, or similar authorized entities. Supporting documentation or additional verification may be required.
