I drove a whopping 7 hours from my hometown to Washington for a birthday getaway, and check-in is usually at 3 p.m., but since I got there early, I figured they’d just make me wait until check-in time . And guess what? They gave me a room right away! While I was there, the heat went out, but I just called the front desk, and they called maintenance right away to fix it. This is what great customer service is all about! I’d totally recommend this place if you’re planning a vacation. It’s in a super convenient location close to pretty much everything a tourist visiting would want to see."
