We give Steeles Tavern Inn the highest recommendation. Our hosts (Trey and Dana) gave us hospitality that was second to none. Going the extra mile to provide extra early breakfasts and thoughtfully cater for our every need. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful and of very high quality, a real home from home. The three course breakfasts menus were exceptional and we enjoyed every minute of our 5 night stay. In every way superb.

Welcoming host in an interesting converted building. There’s not much in the immediate area we travelled out to Staunton to eat which was also a nice town.

Martha and her family could not have made us more welcome. The house was absolutely stunning and decorated beautifully throughout. The attention to detail was second to none. The breakfast was unlike anything we have ever experienced, a truly unique occasion made even grander by Martha's Mum and Dad waiting on us in full service uniform including white gloves. We only wished we had booked a longer stay, and will definitely be back.

Fantastic accommodation comprising of a king size bed, separate lounge area with 2 chairs and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A very comfortable arrangement and superbly situated for exploring Staunton and the surrounding area.

The loft apartment was super cool, and we loved all the extra effort the host made to make it a fun place to visit. Everything inside worked perfectly, including the sauna and the record player. We visited from Liverpool, England, and it was so fun to put on the Beatles on vinyl! The location makes all of historic Staunton walkable, and there are many of useful stores, and many cute stores, and plenty of good options to eat out right there. Pros: - very clean and comfy - noticeably nicer than a hotel of the same chain that we stayed in the previous night - decent breakfast, with nice crispy bacon - quiet rooms with no noise heard from the nearby roads Cons: - have to drive to get to any restaurant

Beautiful b & b and so secluded. Crabtree Falls room so atmospheric with log burning stove. Comfortable bed and big room. Bathroom needs updating but all clean. Tasty, simple breakfast. Brenda prepared us a charcuterie board which was very tasty. Honesty bar. Games abound. Outdoor terrace. A beautiful secluded stop off. Would stay again.

We arrived after a very long drive, we were tired and cold but the welcome we had cheered us up!We were positively encouraged to partake of the hot choc and cookies and we felt our custom was valued. The room was nice and clean, it was comfortable and we had a phone call to check all was well. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices so we could be as healthy or greedy as we wanted
