  • Looking for a cozy getaway in the "Moose Viewing Capital of Colorado"? Welcome to the Majestic Moose Cabin! This 380-square-foot retreat is located in town, newly refinished while still showcasing the character and charm of its historic roots. The open one-room layout includes a full bathroom, cozy kitchenette, dining space, and a comfortable living area. Sleeping arrangements feature a custom queen-sized murphy bed and sofa (if additional sleeping space is needed), making it a perfect stay for couples.

    Enjoy your fresh caught trout and/or some elk steaks in the backyard on the BBQ grill! Or, if cooking isn't your specialty, the cabin is within walking distance to local restaurants/bars!

    While you are in Walden, be sure to keep an eye out for one of our majestic moose!

    *No smoking/vaping/marijuana use is allowed in the cabin. *
    **Dogs welcome (maximum of 2) with prior approval and agreement to Pet Addendum. $25 pet fee.**
