Cozy Home near Edersee

This spacious and inviting holiday home is located in the tranquil village of Netze, on the former state-owned estates of Waldeck. With stylishly furnished interiors and generous space, it’s perfect for one or even two families traveling together.

Only 5 km from the beautiful Edersee, this home offers the ideal base for summer hikes through the nearby nature park or exciting water sports on the lake. In winter, the ski areas around Willingen can be reached in just 45 minutes by car, making it a great year-round getaway.

A cozy fireplace in the living room and another on the first floor add warmth and charm. The large garden with seating, an outdoor fireplace (also usable as a grill), and a stable tree house make it especially family-friendly. Three private parking spaces are available in the courtyard. Please note: the home is not wheelchair accessible.

Die Unterkunft war einfach, aber für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein paar Gläser mehr wären schön gewesen, aber wir haben haben uns mit Tassen beholfen. (Hätten wir gefragt hätte die Vermieterin uns mit Sicherheit welche gegeben )😇

Genau das richtige für unser Treffen

Den Flair des alten Hauses fanden wir sehr schön, ebenso den Ofen im Wohnzimmer, den wir Abends angemacht haben. Waldeck und der Edersee sind sehenswert.

Rustikale Gemütlichkeit

Ein altes, gutes erhaltenes Bauernhaus, das seinen Charme versprüht. Wer modern und steril mag, wird hier nicht fündig. Wer es gerne etwas uriger, individueller und mit entspanntem Feuer im Ofen in einer ruhigen Umgebung mag ist hier genau richtig. Mit dem Auto sind es nur ca 15 min bis zum Edersee, Frau Nickel ist sehr nett und gut ansprechbar. Die Dinge, die uns aufgefallen sind, wurden von ihr sofort aufgenommen.

wunderbare, sehr ruhige Lage, freudliche Vermieterin

altes Fachwerkhaus mit entsprechende Ausstattung. Wir haben sehr ruhige und erholsame Tage mit der Familie (8 Personen mit Kindern) verbracht. Macht Lust auf mehr. auf Grund des Alters vom Haus sind natürlich einige Dinge, die mal wieder überarbeitet werden müssen, aber dennoch war alles zu unserer Zufiedenheit.

Die Gegend, in der das Ferienhaus steht, ist sehr schön. Das war's dann aber auch an Positivem. Das Haus ist dreckig, die Betten waren alt und kaputt, die Matratzen und das Bettzeug fleckig. Die Küchenmöbel alt und kaputt, die Wände und Decken der Küche fettig und voll mit Spinnweben. Im Wohnzimmer riesige Spinnweben, kaputte und durchgesessene Möbel. Fehlende Rauchmelder im kompletten Haus und die uralte Nachtspeicherheizung funktionierte nicht. Wir hatten aufgrund der Außentemperaturen ca. 16-17°C in allen Räumen. Im 1.OG waren Türen inkl. Türklinken kaputt, die Türen ließen sich nicht schließen. Der Zugang zum Hauseingang war nicht beleuchtet, man musste sich im Dunkeln mit der Handy-Taschenlampe aushelfen. Duschkabine kaputt, rausgebrochene Fugen im Badezimmerboden usw. Ich könnte die Liste noch weiter führen. Hier niemals wieder!

Wir wurden reserviert freundlich empfangen. Die Küche war leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen, das Geschirr und die notwendigen Küchengeräte zum Teil in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Matratzen waren entweder sehr durchgelegen oder sehr dünn. Im Garten haben wir uns gerne aufgehalten, das Baumhaus für die Enkelkinder war toll. Im Ort selber gab es keine Möglichkeiten des Einkaufs (auch kein Bäcker), um Brötchen zu holen musste man mit dem Auto z.B. nach Waldeck fahren.

Haben uns wohl gefühlt

Wir waren als Familie mit Kindern da und haben die idyllisch ländliche Abgeschiedenheit genossen. Das Haus mit seinem rustikalen Charme und dem Garten mit Spielhaus mit neuer Schaukel und Kletterleiter waren für einen Urlaub mit Kindern perfekt geeignet.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit einer charmanten Einrichtung. Schöner Garten für Kinder, der Abends perfekt zum entspannen einlädt. Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Immer wieder gerne ! :)

Top unterkunft

Es war alles wunderbar, sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich, wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein Hinweis, bitte achtet wirklich darauf was der Vermieter euch sagt und heizt mit Holz. Die Räume sind alle mit nachtspeicheröfen ausgestattet, nur geht das ins Geld. Wir haben irgendwie Panik bekommen weil das Haus so kalt war bei Ankunft und die Dinger angemacht. Schwups war dann die Abrechnung für den Strom für 4 Tage teuer. ( das war definitiv unsere Angelegenheit, der Vermieter hatte sehr deutlich gesagt dass es so kommen wird) Also die beiden Kamine benutzen und dann ist alles tip top!

Sehr sehr dreckiges und altes Objekt

Die Beschreibung täuscht leider. Alles ist sehr alt und verdreckt. Das Baumhaus ist kaum nutzbar, da bereits große Risse in den Balken sind. Es wird insgesamt schon lange nichts mehr gemacht. Die Kirche direkt nebenan verhindert auch einen ruhigen Schlaf. Schlägt leider die ganze Nacht durch und um sieben Uhr morgens so richtig.

We werden goed ontvangen en rondgeleid door de eigenaars. Het huis ligt in een heel idyllische omgeving en is zeer pittoresk. De tuin is leuk voor jong en oud. Je kan zeer mooi wandelen in de omgeving. De eigenaars waren zeer vriendelijk, gedurende ons hele verblijf, en daarom vinden we het jammer om toch te moeten melden dat er heel wat tekortkomingen zijn aan deze woning. De citroentjesgeur bij aankomst maskeerde een onderliggend geurprobleem. De hele benedenverdieping had er last van, een geur van ouderdom, vocht en schimmel, die je tegemoet kwam als je de trap afging. De badkamer beneden stonk (verbeterde iets door water te laten stromen in de afvoeren). De keukenkasten roken werkelijk oud, vochtig en schimmelig en waren helemaal niet netjes. Zelfs de aanwezige sponsjes en vaatdoeken stonken. De keukenkasten waren niet netjes, het stof lag dik op het koffiezetapparaat, in heel veel hoeken beneden hingen spinnen. In het deurtje van de microgolf zat een serieuze barst en de koelkast sloot niet erg goed. De keuken was heel krap als je met 7 rond de tafel moest. Bij aankomst was het ook heel erg koud in de woning. Het leek alsof er een hele tijd niemand in de woning had verbleven. De verwarming werkte niet, vanalles geprobeerd om die aan de praat te krijgen (met 11° buiten, was het echt koud), volgende morgen eigenaars niet te bereiken. Dan maar de kachel gebruikt, met als gevolg dat de zolderverdieping onbeslaapbaar werd doordat de warme schoorsteen daar een geur afgaf, als van een pasgeverfd oppervlak. De kamers waren qua grootte OK, maar de matrassen waren van het type jeugdherberg en lagen niet echt fijn voor volwassenen. Verder was er geen enkele vorm van verduistering voor de ramen voorzien, enkel lichte gordijntjes voor de gewone ramen, en helemaal niks voor de dakramen. Niet aangenaam, midden in de zomer. Dan maar zelf donkere fleece dekentjes en wasknijpers gekocht en er het beste van gemaakt. De badkamer boven was beter, maar als je een douche nam, had je niet voortdurend warm water. Vanaf het moment dat beneden iemand op hetzelfde moment een beetje warm water nam, moest je boven wachten tot het water weer warm werd. Ook was er geen enkele voorziening om handdoeken open te drogen te hangen. Dit huis is niet comfortabel. Eten, dagelijkse verzorging en slapen, zijn basisbehoeften waaraan je op een comfortabele manier zou moeten kunnen voldoen, zeker op vakantie. Dit is hier helemaal niet het geval. Om te eindigen met een positieve noot er is een heel lekker Italiaans restaurantje in het dorp, dat wij jammer genoeg pas de laatste avond hebben ontdekt...

Gebucht haben wir das Haus, weil es 4 Schlafzimmer hat. Am ersten Abend konnten wir in dem schönen Garten sitzen und grillen, aber bei schlechtem Wetter bietet die Küche auch ausreichend Platz für 6 oder mehr Personen. Das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin ist gemütlich, die Betten waren okay und mit einem kleinen und einem großen Bad (jedes hat eine Dusche) waren wir mehr als zufrieden. Unsere Vermieter haben uns freundlich begrüßt und auch verabschiedet. Wir haben uns auf der Hofreite sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten ein schönes und lustiges Wochenende in Netze.

Bij aankomst was het koud weer. De kachels maakte alles goed. Later zaten we buiten in de tuin met erg mooi weer. We kwamen tijd te kort. Omgeving is heel mooi. Wij hebben veel gewandeld, dorpjes bezichtigd, de Edersee en in Kassel geweest. Vanuit de woning kun je eindeloos wandelen.....en..heerlijk eten!
