Worst experience

The room was unlike the photo published. The room had a strong cigarette odor with musky smell out of carpet. The carpet and room were dirty and poorly maintained. The toilet in the room had a sewer smell. As it was unbearable to stay, we checked out after available room was found at another hotel which had cost us 2x of the price of it. This is the worst room I had experienced travelling in Japan for years. The only good experience was the staff were very helpful and understanding.

お部屋は広めですが、お風呂がかなり狭いです。 昔喫煙室だったのか、エアコンを付けるとちょっとニオイがしますが、大きな空気清浄機があるので、付けたら気にならなくなりました。 電車の線路がすぐなので、電車が走っているとちょっと気になるかな。何度か目が覚めました。 古い建物なので仕方ないですかね。 でも凄く便利な立地です。 スタッフの方も親切で、チェックイン、チェックアウトの説明も分かりやすかったです。
