"No host till 2nd day No washer & dryer in suite Had to prearrange use when host there It was in garage Kitchenette had no sink To wash dishes Microwave in small pantry Bed was hard no pillows on first night except decorative one& cushion on bed.Asked host the one time we saw him about pillows in walk in cupboard that had no pillowcase,he gave us mismatched one.The bathroom shower control lever dripped all the time The shower door didn’t close properly.The toilet tap leaked so much the toilet mat was saturated Spiders & webs were in there also We were given a towel each no hand towel no face washer No instruction for fresh towels We were offered a clothes basket for what I’m not sure At that point we took the opportunity to get 1 set of clean towels but after that no more contact.Air conditioner was not within the suite but was controlled within main house so could not be set to suit conditions It was very hot We cooled ourselves with the fan from the cupboard Would not recommend staying here as was listed as entire property and amenities provided were not as listed All in all very misleading"

"Basically a rundown Bach that's seen little to no improvement, except maybe seen a lick of paint. If you like Indoor Camping, then perfect, otherwise you'll be disappointed. Heating inadequet, heater shuts off after around 4 hours in middle of night, even when timer disabled or set to 8 hours. Incidentally no instructions how to use heater remote control, I had to ask Mr Google. Really only suitable for mid Summer. Needs a proper Heat Pump. Parking poor, needs a 5 point turn or more to turn around, even with a small vehicle or reverse up a slope and round a blind corner, no fun in the dark. Not recommended for pets, it's on a lifestyle block with roaming live stock and no fencing except at road entry/exit. Gate to road has to be unchained and chained when passing through. Path to accommodation is up several outdoor steps with trip hazards and no working lighting except at the top if you remember to turn it on before leaving. Other than the above, in a beautiful and quiet location and on Starlink for Internet, which was very good and fast. Unfortunately fell well short of my expectations. I can stay in a 1* Motel and be more comfortable."

"On the info it said "Park in front..." we had to park behind our rooms. It would have been easier if there was a second step leading into the room off the footpath. Good to have a games room, but not much variety of games. Our boys lost a coin in one (Table Ice Hockey) as it didn't work and couldn't find the table tennis balls. The beds were ok, but mattresses did not have much support, you could feel the base slats through the mattress. Also the mattresses were lower than the height of the bed base, making it difficult to get out of bed."

"We could not have picked a more perfect place to relax in for our stay. The property is tranquil and private, a perfect location nestled in the valley, and we spent many hours enjoying the view and watching the wildlife while relaxing on the deck. The bus itself is so cleverly converted to give both a spacious and cozy feel, and the attention to detail in décor and design give it a touch of luxury too.The bed was incredibly comfortable, lovely linen and soft pillows. The reclining sofa was great after a day of local walks at the beach and lighthouse, a must do for the incredible views! The kitchen is well appointed with all you could need and a BBQ is on the deck too. The shower was hot and powerful and the natural toiletries were a delightful touch along with thick fluffy towels. Wifi, tv and faux fireplace had all the feels of a well appointed hotel suite and the whole place was spotless inside and out. Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly, they did everything they could to help make our stay comfortable and memorable. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be back. "
