It is in a good location, right off of a highway, close to beaches. Adriana was very pleasant to converse with and got back to me quickly with answers to questions I had. This was a great place for us to gather, sleep, plan, and otherwise spend our downtime together. Having everything fully stocked was a very nice touch. Kitchen, bathrooms, beach supplies, everything you need for your time on the island. Adriana has thought of it all. The secured, private parking is a big plus. We spent a good amount of time around the fire pit as a group. My partner and I enjoyed sitting on the porch together while watching/listening to the waves. This property is not in a touristy part of the island. Do not expect Mai Tais served to you at your beach lounger.
