The condo has been remodeled with the best of everything. Amenities include a deluxe fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a convection oven, cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops and a stainless steel apron sink. The bathroom has a cherrywood vanity complimented with a vessel sink. It also features a walk-in shower accented in blue pearl granite, travertine rope and a shower panel complete with horizontal body jets. The bedroom features a deluxe hand carved, palm tree themed furniture with a king-size bed with Hawaiian Quilt and shams, and a three inch memory foam topper. The living room has been decorated in tropical colors and rattans that match the cherrywood in the kitchen. It has an elegant and comfortable queen-size sofa sleeper to sleep by night, and by day - relax and enjoy listening to the waves or watching your favorite sporting event. The unit also has 2 large flatscreen TV’s, air conditioning, new large capacity front-loading HE5 washer and dryer, beach equipment and everything else that you need for your stay in paradise including free WIFI. There is also a pool, hot tub, game room, BBQ area and secure, gated and free parking. Best of all, it is directly on one of the best beaches on the island. Also, this is the sunny, leeward side of the island where the weather is almost always perfect. We have several VRBO listings, so feel free to inquire about other condos. Note: This part of the island is a mixture of socio-economic backgrounds. We have multimillion dollar homes mixed with lower income housing and unfortunately, some homeless camps. There are camps on the west side because of the great weather, but there are homeless all over the island, especially in the big city. The average price of a home is well over a million dollars here. That prices a lot of people out of paradise. That being said, you are much more likely to be a victim of a crime in Waikiki or at a tourist destination than you would be at the Hawaiian Princess. We are a gated and secure building. Most people leave their lanai doors open 24/7 to let the breeze come in and to hear the sights and sounds of the ocean. We saw whales everyday. While there are a few homeless tents in the trees near the condo beach, it did not interfere with our enjoyment. This is the arid side of the island, but the area north at the state park is beautiful. The hike to the wildlife sanctuary (3 miles each way) was the best of our trip. Saw a monk seal on the beach by us---only 1200 in the world and at least 50 nesting albatross. Swim with turtles and fish right outside your door. My husband and I bought groceries on the way in and stayed four nights and never left the property. The Hawaiian Princess is on a fabulous beach, great for swimming / floating / enjoying the sunset. The condo was very comfortable, very well appointed, and perfect for our needs. The grocery store was an easy and quick drive, and had everything we could hope for. The local restaurants had a great local vibe and wonderful food. We had a great time! ##### Laura M. Perfect for soaking up the sun or walking in the waves. The condo was perfect. Beautifully decorated, spotless and comfortable. My husband and I had an incredible time visiting Hawaii to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We enjoyed staying at this condo. Everything was as described, although the pictures don’t do the lanai view justice. The owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. Probably the most ready to stay VRBO I've been to. The location is away from the more touristy parts of Hawaii and that was perfect for us. The beach at the property was beautiful and secluded. The unit has an amazing view for sunsets. The kitchen had everything we need so it really felt like a comfy place to have a dinner in. Overall awesome place and would highly recommend if you're looking for a spot away from the busy tourist heavy areas. ##### Luke S.
