"We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn because it was conviniently next to food places entertainment. We had a car rental so getting around Hawaii was not a problem. We would stay there again"

"Follow through is a problem at this hotel. Room was over the event space, so every night there is loud music below. The matter was brought to the staff at front desk, and I was told they will get me another room, and I never heard back. Restaurants have great food, but service is below average on all. Brought it up to their attention, I was told “thanks for letting us know” Asked to speak to the hotel manager, no one reached out. Followed up again, and they had the food and beverage manager LVM for me. One attempt. Unfortunately, very disappointed with this property. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this property to anyone. "

"While the rooms are a little dated, the grounds and location are the perfect getaway on Oahu. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away from Wakiki"

"The best place to stay away from all things 'touristy'. The 2 Queen 1 Bedroom Suite was perfect for our family of 5 for one week. There was enough space for everyone. Breakfast was good with the daily omelette station and other hot and cold offerings; however, it can get busy. Evening reception was perfect at the end of the day and it, too, can get busy. Paid parking is perfectly located on the property with easy in/out access. Shout out to all the staff with their entertainment recommendations and hospitality."

"I didn't get to see much of the spa because you needed to book a facial or massage to use it. I had a pedicure but that didn't count for some reason. Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. And maybe put a few indoor plants in there; because there's no windows so it feels a little claustrophobic."
