The condo features a convenient in-unit washer and dryer, ensuring your family's comfort. Guests can access the entire condo, beach, and gym. Included is reserved parking for one car. We provide essential supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper for a premium, hassle-free family experience. Relax and unwind in this beautiful space. Stay in comfort: This unit has air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom! Guest Access: As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators. There is free parking for 1 car in a designated stall with additional parking available on the street. The Neighborhood: Nestled right on the oceanfront in Hauula, this condominium offers immediate access to a beach protected by a reef, ideal for snorkeling. Just across the street, you'll find a variety of dining options including Shrimp Truck, Thai Food Truck, Burger Food Truck, Vietnamese Pho Food Truck, a Hawaiian Ice stand and a convenience store with a local food counter. For entertainment, the Polynesian Cultural Center, a top paid attraction in Hawaii, is less than 5 miles away. Explore nearby Laie Beach Park for body surfing (5 minutes away) and drive a bit further to enjoy Turtle Bay Resort's golf courses/restaurants and the famous North Shore surfing beaches. During the winter months, witness the impressive 30-40 foot waves along the North Shore, and visit Waimea Bay and Waimea Falls Park. The beach condo was beachfront with the best views. We woke up every morning and watched the sunrise. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu and Waikiki. The accommodations were great!! We loved having the four queen beds as well as the two beds in the main living room. There was plenty of places for everyone to sleep.The condo was fully stocked with everything we need, and the construction is not a big deal. I've already recommended to a friend. The beach was amazing and we had fun snorkeling with some turtles and fish in the calmer water. There was construction but it wasn’t very disruptive. The location of the unit is right on the beach with a grassy area in front. It’s a super relaxed vibe and away from the busier areas. That is nice but it also means there aren’t many restaurants or major stores super close. A lot of food trucks and local grocery stores. You’ll definitely want to rent a car. Host is very communicative over email and gave very clear information. The beach is protected by a reef so no worries about big waves though it gets pretty rocky as you go into the water. The location is unmatched - a nearly private beach with daily sea turtle sightings, easy access to both the North Shore and Honolulu, and every amenity you could possibly want! There are also options for breakfast/lunch/dinner within walking distance, which we utilized a number of times & throughly enjoyed (try the coconut shrimp at Kaya’s!). The condo itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the number of beds, the washer and dryer (although the dryer didn’t work all that well), and the kitchen with full size appliances (and coffee maker w/ provided sugar & filters!). That’s not to mention the wonderful view & balcony with chairs to watch the sunrise. The condo also had scuba gear which was fun to use outside in the ocean - there’s definitely some cool reefs and fish right in the backyard! The extra touches of both beach towels and shower towels, and toiletries in the bathroom was an added luxury. The owners of this condo definitely care about guest experience and I would highly recommend this place for your next Oahu stay! ##### Joseph G. And the tidyness of the space. It was well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outside is not much to look at, and the building definitely shows its age, but thats in no way affected our stay. The location was perfect, within 15m from a grocery store, gas station, local stores, restaurants and the Polynesian Culture Center. We stayed during construction which we were warned about prior, and the construction did not affect our stay The host was great, easy to contact and quick to respond to issues. We had multiple minor issues pop up during the stay - ants, the washer didnt work, and the dryer smelled. And they were handled promptly - within 3 hours. I loved the use of a website anf links for important information - as it was easy to refer back no matter where we were. If we come back to oahu we will definitely attempt to stay here again. P.s. a bonus was that we saw multiple turtles on the beach and there were some small coral patches that made for kid friendly snorkeling. ##### Jené R. Everything felt new, with good taste and new. Amazing floor, amazing countertops, very nice cabinets.The location was also amazing, basically right above a nice quiet beach so we did snorkel there a couple times before going to the more famous ones (Kuilima cove was nice)There is a very good coffee Shak just 0.5 mile away, that also have nice drinks for the kids and a very good restaurant (crouching lion) 3 miles away, we ate there every dinner :). The beach access was awesome. Snorkeling was great and we saw some turtles in the water and on the beach.The unit was updated, clean, and very functional for our family. The kitchen and laundry were very helpful. The location was great. It was nice to stay somewhere much quieter than the Waikiki area. Most of the activities we did were on that side of Oahu. Close to Kualoa Ranch, Polynesian Culture Center, BYU Hawaii, and North Shore area. The host was easy to contact and checked in here and there throughout our stay to ensure things were good. We had a late flight and didn't get to the place until after 11pm. There was a mix-up with fob and the host responded to our text right away and the issue was resolved in minutes.
