"Despite the room being worn and dated, everything was really clean and fresh. There were ample towels in the bathroom, and these were changed during our stay. The kitchenette was adequately stocked. The room was good, although on the smaller side (we were three in a triple room). The staff were friendly (yet professional) and helpful whenever we needed anything. The underground parking was perfect as it rained a fair bit while we were there. For us, the location was spot on. Easy access to/from the motorway, close to Albany Mall, and very easy to get to the hockey centre and Rosedale Park (our reason for staying). We have no complaints and would stay there again."

"This is a very tidy well presented accommodation. It has a good position in the city that allows you to easily explore. We did not find out until the last day that it is an attached dwelling with the owners. The car park was too steep and awkward to get the car into and not block owners access, there is good parking on the road beside the house. Once inside it is clean and exceptionally well layed out with loads of provisions to make your stay enjoyable. Easy to use kitchen if you decide to cook and washing machine.We had no contact with the owner while staying, but there was good txt communication prior and during our stay."

"We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about our experience. Thanks so much, and we hope to stay with you again some time in the future. "
