"Okay walking distance from the train station, but check-in was terrible. I didn’t receive any details until standing outside on a rainy day trying to figure out how to call a local phone number, which was eventually answered by someone who only speaks Chinese. After an awkward minute on the phone they hung up, but a few minutes later I finally got instructions on how to get inside. The staircase inside is very tight and carrying suitcases up is quite difficult. Once inside, the room is clean...

On weekends, additional shuttle services to Yuanshan MRT Station are available, which makes transportation much more convenient. The staff are also incredibly kind and thoughtfully helped carry my luggage to the room."

I was a bit frazzled, but he managed to step in with a great attitude considering the situation, called the local police and within half an hour he called me with the great news that my lost items will be delivered at 9:00pm, which they were. 5-stars "
