We had four generations of family stay for a week’s relaxing vacation. It is so quiet and peaceful here, and the kitchen is extraordinarily well equipped for a huge crowd. Our younger set enjoyed the dock and the kayaks, and walking around Rockville was just lovely. There are plenty of bedrooms and private spaces for all ages.
Very nice property. Secluded location in Rockville. Unmatched sunset views. Great screened porch. Enjoyed the gazebo at sunset. Cleanliness rating based on the condition of the outside areas. Pretty junky in places. Did not affect the enjoyment of our stay. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Setting
We enjoyed the setting for our son’s wedding. The cottage is large and has such a nice atmosphere. Lots of space to spread out and the waterfront is gorgeous. Sunsets were outstanding. The kitchen was well equipped, including an extra refrigerator and a separate large freezer. The age of the building shows and can either add to its charm or distract depending on your expectations. It could be cleaner based on the fees that are charged but it was sufficient for us.
My husband and two grandchildren, ages 8 and 5 had SO much fun in this home! The house is older, yet charming, well furnished, very clean, organized and well equipped with everything needed. We fished, crabbed, threw cast nets, swam and took our boat out on the pristine creek. The nearby islands were a short boat ride away. It was so peaceful, the view was absolutely gorgeous. Having raised our family enjoying all the low country waters have to offer, we were able to share it with our grandchildren. It far exceeded our expectations, we would love to rent this home again. The host was easily reached and entry was no problem.
The perfect spot for a laid back getaway where friends and family can relax under the beautiful oaks and admire the unobstructed river view. A slice of heaven in the Lowcountry.
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home and were very pleased with the layout. The pier was very nice and we loved being outdoors. The only recommendation I would have is to put a lock on the doors adjoining the bedrooms downstairs.

Beautiful home in tranquil setting.
We found the currents to be a bit too strong for water activities, but the setting was quiet and peaceful and the view—-totally amazing. Could easily hold 2 families. Jamie was awesome!
We had a wonderful time. It’s a huge house suitable for a big family. The kitchen is well supplied. The toys and games are appreciated. Kayaks are available too. Beautiful sunset. Bottom line: highly recommended.

Needs lots of attention but great house
If the owners get the cleaning and repair needs taken care of, this will be a fantastic rental. It's a beautiful setting with awesome sunsets, great trees, a large, lovely porch, and great living spaces. Manager is very attentive.

Great Home, Close to ski slopes. Owner is very quick to respond and very accomodating
We had a wonderful time at this Snoqualmie Pass home. The kitchen is fully stocked - you will not need to bring anything! There is plenty of room and a fun game room downstairs. There are many movies and xbox games to play too. You will NOT be disappointed in your stay! Great location - minutes to the ski slopes. This was our second time here and we will back again!
We had a great week with 13 people from 4 families gathering together from various parts of the country. We loved hanging out at the gazebo on the dock - the sea breeze made it comfortable at almost all hours of the day! Swimming at high tide was great (be careful of the current!). We paddleboarded and kayaked around the river almost every day. Fishing was great - we caught a 2 foot shark one day! Charleston is a quick 40 minute drive.
The house was very comfortable. It is showing its age a bit, but overall a great place. Beds were comfortable - and there was plenty of space for 13 of us to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked. The yard and porch were great! We had a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

Needs some TLC
Great views. Had a blast on the kayakes and John boat. Large house with open kitchen and living area was great. But this house needs some TLC! Only one TV worked. In the living room. People enjoy "down time" separately. Really out dated tvs in two other rooms that didn't work. You might not think its a big deal when on vacation but it is. Unclear in discription about the bottom floor room setup. Rooms were not cleaned under beds. Dead bugs, etc. Lamps didn't work. Either we couldn't find the light switch for it or the bulbs were burnt out. Still don't know. The furniture was so old and worn it. Couches sunk in. Some beds sunk in. Outdoor storage area (kids toys) were just thrown in a pile. Dirty, unkept. Kind of seems like the house has been giving up on. Needs a revamp or a lil love.
Had fun tho! But won't return!
We had a great stay with family, including two small children. Everyone loved the dock and the river. Plenty of space for family group of 9. The property is showing a few signs of aging but no serious problems with the facilities. Easy communication with the property manager. A bit of a drive if you are heading to the beach. Unfortunate that the normal boat rental facility had all of its boats under repair. I would highly recommend as a location to relax, fish, and boat on the river. Not hard to drive into Charleston.
Unique & lovely property near historic small village. We enjoyed the beautiful yard, dock and especially the HUGE screened in porch, as well as walks in the gorgeous surroundings.
Lots of games, yard games, though could have been more use ready ( esp kayaks). Would gladly come again.
Everything you would want off the beaten deep water path. Magnificent oaks. Rented a boat for the week from Bohicket marina and kept at the dock. Daily oyster roast and shrimp boil with all necessary supplies available including the shucking table. Great for an extended family trip
We had the most amazing thanksgiving at this house. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and our dog. The kitchen is huge and well stocked for a family that loves to cook. And the screened in porch was the perfect gathering place for meals and socializing in the time of COVID. The property is gorgeous and sunrise and sunset on Bohicket Creek was a treat every day. We will definitely rent this property again for future gatherings!
The experience of staying at this wonderful house is very memorable. The house is perfect. The sunsets are beautiful. Communication with Jamie (property manager) was very easy. Jamie was very responsive and attentive. I will most certainly book this home again.
beautiful home on quiet creek. when you get tired of kayaking, fishing, shrimping, crabbing or boating, turn to bocce, table tennis or horseshoes to work up an appetite for a meal prepared in the gourmet kitchen. turning the pages of a good book on the spacious (understatement) screened in porch also qualifies as vacation-worthy 'work' to earn your spot at the dinner table. wish we could have stayed longer!
Even on the hot summer days of July, it was always pleasant outside because of the shade of the huge Oak trees, the coastal breezes, and the screened balcony and the open porch, and the gazebo and dock on Adams Creek. A really unique setting for a laid back low country experience. Don't miss a late night walk out to the dock to see stars you may never have seen before.
