Amazing hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at this five star resort. Everything is top-notch, the cleanliness, quality, the staff… from the moment you arrive, you are treated like royalty. A special, thank you to Abdullah, he has helped me tremendously in everything I have needed, starting from arranging my transportation to and from the hotel(going to different cities etc). Thank you sir Abdullah you have been so kind and what an amazing stay I had because of you. I will be definitely returning to the specific hotel with family and friends and will be recommending to anyone that will be visiting the surrounding cities

There’s a lot to love about this place. There were a few disappointments too. The property was super clean inside and out! Everything was well presented. Freshly renovated. That’s a bonus. The rooms were cosy and had simply breathtaking views of Petra. The terrace and pool was lovely to soak up those views! The rooftop bar was closed sadly but we wandered up to take some photos at sunset. The staff were genuinely lovely. But there were inconsistencies. I had some issues with failing to book breakfast with my stay which got sorted eventually after Abdullah the manager stepped in. I also had a male housekeeper enter my room unannounced (do not disturb alert was on) and thankfully I was somewhat clothed. But it was moments away from being super awkward, as I had just been for a swim and was on my way to the shower 😅 All in all our stay was great. Location was fantastic, with the views and close proximity to the Petra gate, food was good, staff good, property gleaming. The restaurant and bar lacked charm. But the outside terrace made up for it. I would absolutely stay here again.
