Great House nr Polzeath on golf course ideal for families
- Oak Tree House is located on the edge of The Point at Polzeath Golf Course where you can buy weekly membership to access facilities - indoor gym, tennis courts paddle tennis fitness classes and 18 hole course. The House has a large garden with direct access to a stream over a safety style. CCTV covers the outside of the property which is switched off whilst rented out. The garden includes a football goal, basket ball hoop, large patio with bbq and 10 person seating. The House is 20 mins walk across the golf course directly to Polzeath Beach, surf schools, cafes, restaurants and shops.
