The Cozy Wacoan, Welcome and Enjoy

  • Enjoy a worry free stay in Waco, Texas. Here you can take a break while having all the comforts of your own home. A short 20 minute drive to downtown Waco, Magnolia, Baylor, Cameron Park, and the Dr. Pepper Museum. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware needed for your day to day meals. The coffee bar will help get your started in the mornings with our many coffee cups, Keurig, and different coffee flavors. The house also has a dog run in the back yard for your 4 legged friends to enjoy. The washer and dryer will help you refresh your clothes for your trip to continue on its merry way. The home is equipped with outdoor video cameras for the safety of our guests. Host lives in the area and is available to help if needed.
