"The comfort was there. We had a good stay and front desk was good nice. Only issue I had was the lady doing the breakfast seemed very rude and in a bad mood. Which made the breakfast very uneasy."

"Stayed at SpringHill Suites in Waco. Staff was very friendly and the room initially looked and smelled clean. Unfortunately, we noticed a black stain on one of the pillows that also smelled sour, along with several questionable stains on the carpet. The shower had pink buildup on the door, and the sink drained extremely slowly. Cleanliness is the most important thing when it comes to hotel stays, so this was disappointing. Overall, great service, but the cleanliness and maintenance need improvement."
