"Only one elevator was working all week long, meaning long elevator waits. Silverfish came up the drain on the last day of my stay. No staff intervened when people answered phones at breakfast on speaker or shouting on their phones. Breakfast food was not more than edible. I’ve stayed there a week every Summer for several years, I was very disappointed this visit."
