About this property

Historical home in downtown Waco built to host the dreamiest stay!

  • Welcome to the Dr. Pepper House, one of Waco's most beautiful and historic homes. Built in 1885 by Wade Morrison, the original founder of Dr. Pepper, the home has since been renovated in the early 2000's by Christian rock singer, David Crowder. We are located less than a mile from the Magnolia Silos, Downtown, and many other Waco attractions. Perfect for families, you will love all that this charming home has to offer!

    The space
    You will have access to a beautifully restored, ~6,000 sq ft home and a sprawling backyard with pool, hot tub, and cabana. The game room above the garage is also available to guests, offering pool and ping pong!

    Other things to note
    Not handicap accessible, all entrances require at least a few stairs.

    I live in the back barn and while I generally stay off property during your visit, I will come and go in the morning and at night and will be available to answer any questions you have during your stay!
