Art House is a very clean and unique home with 4 ensuites and a fully equipped kitchen for the traveling chef. The home features art work on all the walls in the home. The art work is done by high school students and local artists. Guests are able to purchase artwork if they wish. This home is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the Silos, Baylor, McLane Stadium, restaurants, shopping and many other locations downtown. If traveling with a larger group, there are two other homes next door, a three bedroom as well as a 2 bedroom. Simplicity House (1661305) and Serenity House (1872783), which can also be rented together with this home. Please check for availability.

The house is so well decorated, beds are super comfy, and the back porch is perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Location is great too with so many food options and a comfortable walk to the Silos. It was the perfect house for a quiet and relaxing girls trip.

Loved this house. It was clean and we loved the unique art. It had all of the necessities and then some. The property manager was very quick with responding and very accommodating. It was in a great location, very close to Baylor and Magnolia. We went to both while we were there and we will be staying here again when we come back.

Very Intentional

Every square inch is very intentionally and very impressively designed. It has an art theme, which works well with the location. The walk to Magnolia Silos is very easy even with a two year old. The house is full of little touches that indicate that very careful attention was paid to the minutia of the guest experience.

Great place for girls weekend

This property was amazing! We had 7 ladies in our group! The 4 bedrooms all have their own bathroom and there is a half bath in the hallway. It was a great location and a great neighborhood. Close to all the fun things in Waco. This house also had everything you need. There were even pack-n-plays for babies. They had fans, plenty of extra blankets, crockpot, and extra for just about everything you would need! This is the place to stay in Waco for sure!

We four ladies loved The Art House! We each had our own rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was super clean and exceptionally well stocked. We enjoyed the dining table and family room eating and playing games at this adorable cottage. It was close to everything, H-E-B, Silos, and restaurants. It was too hot to use the back deck but it was set up for easy enjoyment! We absolutely would be back and recommend it to all.

The house was very nice, clean and unique with the art work and decoration style. Five star stay except the website said check-in was 2pm and it was really 3pm per the property manager so we set off the house alarm. Minor inconvenience. All and all I would highly recommend it. Short walk to silos.

Stayed for a girl’s weekend with a few friends. It was awesome to all get our own bathrooms! Everything was close enough to walk to, particularly all things Magnolia! Charmaine was easy to get ahold of. Recommend making reservations at Magnolia Table for breakfast and Cafe Homestead for lunch or dinner (both closed on Sundays) and we enjoyed Pignetti’s for dinner one night too- delicious Italian dinner! Coffee was great at Magnolia Press and get cupcakes at Silos Baking!!

Joyful Time in Waco

What a fantastic house and awesome host! The place accommodated our family perfectly. Clean and cutely decorated. Great that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. Charmaine, the host, was so kind and helped us for a special situation with a call and with texts. We bought some artwork (drawn by a local high school artist) that hung in the hallway after texting with Charmaine. A five star property!!

Let’s start with, “We’ll be back!” The Art House is a home away from home. An eye-candy of familiar images on the walls in each room stirred personal memories encouraging us to feel right at home. AIR FORCE -vs- Baylor Football

Initially, we had planned for only three couples to attend the football game but when we added a fourth, we needed larger accommodations. The Art House not only met our needs but far exceeded our expectations! Each of the four rooms has its own private bathroom totally eliminating the need to “schedule” hygiene time amongst eight people in more limited facilities. The kitchen and gathering area were both spacious and cozy. The home is replete with art adorning the walls which playfully gives the home its well deserved namesake! The air-conditioning system had no problem keeping us comfortable in the sweltering 95+ degree heat and the Wi-Fi and flat screen amenities were easily accessed! The parking area was easily suitable for the three vehicles we brought to Waco. As for the location of the Art House, it is within walking distance of numerous Waco highlights to include the renowned Magnolia Market. We are looking forward to our next long weekend in Waco!
