  • "THE BRICK HOUSE" AS SEEN ON FIXER UPPER SEASON 3 EPISODE 2. CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN WACO, BAYLOR UNIVERSITY, MAGNOLIA SILOS, MAGNOLIA TABLE, CAMERON PARK/ ZOO, DR. PEPPER MUSEUM, MAMMOTH NATIONAL PARK, TEXAS RANGER MUSEUM AND MUCH MORE. Originally built in 1927, this house has original hardwood floors and shiplap! The original brick is still exposed in the kitchen, adding the cutest charm to the home. Beautifully restored by Chip and Joanna Gaines. Come stay and see all that Waco has to offer!
