"Everything at the hotel is as you would expect from NH - clean, great public areas / restaurants, good menu choice, large room, perfect heating / ventilation, lots of bathroom supplies, big choice at breakfast that would suit everyone etc. One aspect that the hotel did excel in was the staff - breakfast front of house is so welcoming, and the gentlemen in the restaurant / bar were brilliant."

The bedroom was bigger than I expected for a standard room and also very clean with good facilities. The hotel was located near some good restaurants and the botanical gardens. "
