The flat was convenient and location is excellent 15 min walk to the train station. There was a cleaning service multiple times per our stay. The area is safe and there is a supermarket just in front of the building. The staff was really nice, gave us some tips about the city. Will come back.

Amazing hotel. Every member of staff I came into contact with provided exceptional service. The room was spacious, nice bathtub, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The head concierge was exceptional and scored a same day reservation for a Michelan restaurant as well. Will be back next time I am in Brussels.

The hotel was lovely and the breakfast each morning was excellent. However, the room wasn't cleaned properly, with towels being left on the window sill and dust on surfaces. Location wise the hotel is great for exploring Bruges

The room was dated to say the least. The curtains were not hung properly and were hanging off the rail. There was a kettle in the room but no cups/mugs or glasses. Great location, nice and quiet but only 5 minutes from the station. The kitchen area was good, but lacked facilities. I needed to ask for plates, bowls and cutlery. A toaster would've been useful.

Pretty new, clean, and a great location. Close to public transport but I can’t imagine having a car here. Modern design but one side of the bed had a tiny “nightstand” with an outlet but nothing at all on the other side
