Spanning 106.5 m², this single-family home not only features stylish, beautiful furnishings and perfect amenities but also plenty of space and comfort for up to 5 people. It meets the DTV’s four-star criteria. In the spacious, open-concept living room, a cosy couch and armchairs invite you to relax, while a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. The dining area is directly adjacent. From here, you can access a beautiful double bedroom. After eventful days of holiday in the Baltic Sea region, the house’s three bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep, and in the morning, you can step right out onto the terrace and start your day with the first rays of sunshine. On the upper floor of the house, there is a lounge with access to the rooftop terrace, two bedrooms, and a second bathroom. The bathroom on the ground floor features a shower and a bathtub, perfect for relaxing. When the weather is nice, you can spend sunny hours in the large garden and prepare delicious BBQs on the charcoal grill in the evenings.
The Baltic Sea beach is within walking distance, about 600 m away.

In addition, the holiday rental offers free parking, including a double carport right next to the house, and a lockable garage where you can safely store your bicycles and sports equipment. You can also charge your e-bikes in the garage. The town of Klein Waabs is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the north of the Schwansen Peninsula (Schleswig-Holstein), between the beautiful towns of Eckernförde and Kappeln.

House Rules/Pricing Info:
During the early and late seasons, a minimum stay of 7 nights applies; during the high season, a minimum stay of 7 nights applies. From November through February, a minimum stay of 14 nights applies.

The nightly rates are based on 4 guests—a 5th guest is charged an additional €15 per night.

The mandatory final cleaning service is already automatically included in the total price for the requested stay via our price calculator.
