"The unit was large and accurately depicted in the photos. Check-in is a bit of online work, but still I’d say pretty easy. Communication was great. Clear and quick to respond. The only negative was The bathroom was missing a towel hook (could see where it HAD been on the door) and there was unfinished drywall spackle where a toilet paper holder used to be attached to the wall. Would still say it’s a good value, great location, and would recommend."

"My stay at Holiday Inn Burlington was great. Upon arrival I was met with a wonderful staff member at the front desk. She was friendly, humours and helpful. The hotel was clean and well kept, with nice updates. My room was nice, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. No complains, would come back!"

"We always stay here when visiting family in Burlington--probably twice per year for the last 8 years. This hotel has consistently improved. The renovations have provided a lovely, modern hotel and it is consistently squeaky clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our kids love the pool (the the parents wish it was a bit warmer). Thank you again for the lovely and welcoming stay. "
