The owner of the place is nice but customer service from Cozrum Luxury - Aria Resort Vũng Tàu is terrible. When we got to the place, we had to call them more than 10 times to reach customer service to connect me with the owner of the apartment. Noone picked up the phone and we had to wait for an hour outside under the heat. We booked 2 days but there was power outage on the 2nd day from 8am to 3:30pm. We wanted to cancel the 2nd day to book at another hotel. We called customer service and had to call them more than 10 times again to talk to someone. It's ridiculous. Finally they refunded my money for the 2nd day. Never again.
Stayed 2 nights in May 2023
