Built in 2022, this apartment is located in Vrsar within walking distance from the nearest beach and sea.  
The penthouse is on the second floor and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has three spacious and cozy bedrooms equipped with double beds, a tasteful and modern living/dining room with a comfortable sofa that invites you to linger, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-plate stove and a fridge-freezer that will delight any hobby cook, and a bathroom with shower.
