"This is one of my worst experiences ever with a hotel. The space is basically a scam, with most things under construction, unsanitary conditions, no drapes (with sunrise here at like 4:00am). I felt that if I slept in one of the super dirty spaces, I would have catched an eye infection. No staff to help, but only a chat on WhatsApp that never replied. No Wifi. "The Hotel Ljubljana was in a great location, just a 5-minutes before walk from the dragon bridge. There are only three parking spaces for this hotel and you must call front desk to reserve in advance. Cost is 30€ a day. It’s street parking close to the hotel. (You can use Easy Park to park cheaper a few blocks further away.) We stayed in the smallest room with no windows, and surprisingly, we loved it. It was the last available room on our days of stay, but when we return to Ljubljana, I would ask for this room again even if others were available. It was so cozy. The shower was great. The bed and bedding were our most comfortable of all the hotels we used in our trip. The staff gave us a welcome prosecco upon arrival and were so friendly throughout our stay. They have a great included breakfast in the restaurant. We also enjoyed a wonderful dinner there too. (FYI: There is a gelato place right outside the back door entry.) We really loved this hotel and will definitely return."
