We booked the cabin in the yard. It was very hot and no fan. The yard was very noisy when a group of people came and sat on the patio, making it harder to sleep. Host was very responsive and helped us book parking.

Was booked into a different room than I reserved, property smelled of mold and seemed to be men only. Room door didn't open all the way and was situated directly between doors to showers so partially clothed men were surrounding me as I tried to get in the room. Oh and the main door was not secured, wide open when I arrived. Ultimately decided to leave and book elsewhere.

Although we knew this was a hostel, we booked this because the pictures looked quite OK. We, 2 grownups and 2 kids were extremely disappointed about the premmisis. We had 2 of te little houses outside, when we walked in we walked into a spider web, there were quite some holes in the wall, and located 2 meters next to the "terrace" What really made us decide to leave was the smelly not flushed toilets I guess kind of fine when your young and don't have money, although I would wouldn't go there, but a very wrong choice for us and again, very different then the pictures. In the end we didn't even stay, we left and booked a studio somewhere else in Ljubljana center, for the same price which was really perfect! Unfortunately we paid for both locations.

Please DO NOT GO to this place. Transportation delays so I arrived at 10:39pm. Ring the belll but nobody answered. Finally a guest open the door for me. No front desk, nobody to talk to. I payed the 7 euro fee and sent prive vía email and text waiting for access to the room. NOBODY GOT BACK TO ME. On top, their rule is that even if you payed for your room if you arrived after 12 at night they will no give you access and you lose your money even when they will forcé you to sleep on the street. In my case i got there 1:20 minutes before midnight but they didn’t give me access eitheir. I have to be in the phone with expedia from 12:20 through 6am until i got a new place to go. What i saw is very bad. Don’t go there!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of my worst experiences ever with a hotel. The space is basically a scam, with most things under construction, unsanitary conditions, no drapes (with sunrise here at like 4:00am). I felt that if I slept in one of the super dirty spaces, I would have catched an eye infection. No staff to help, but only a chat on WhatsApp that never replied. No Wifi. The place was so unacceptable that I am requesting a full refund and for the place to be dropped from Hotels.com. For the price, you can find better and closer to the city centre.
