A/C and windows worked very well. Note there are several sidewalk restaurants right outside the hotel so if you want something really quiet in the early evening this may not be right for you. Door is tucked away in corner so difficult to spot when arriving. We stayed on the top floor - LOTS of stairs. Comfortable, a few repairs needed, such as hot water to sink in kitchenette. Shower area quite damp as no extractor fan, but functional. Bed was comfortable - be aware it’s up narrow steps so not for everyone. Reasonably priced laundry service available. Lots of nearby dinning options and supermarket 5 minutes walk. So central for restaurants and the stuff you'd want to see in Ljubljana as a tourist. I ordered a room with river view and it had great views was spacious, modern and clean.
