Amazing quaint hotel in the quiet village of Vreeland. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling near the area - will stay again on my next trip, no question.

Very good restaurant, wow. Excellent staff, very nice, big room with comfortable bathroom, separate shower & wc. Small things to improve: Pillows not the most comfortable, a 'split' in the bed, two duvets. Bigger towels would be good. A memorable good breakfast, served at the table in morning sun. All in all a very nice stay, thank you 'De Nederlanden'.

Prachtig in oude deel Vreeland aan de Vecht. Restaurant is top, wijnen fantastisch. Receptie personeel bij aankomst niet echt vriendelijk. Te weinig lees licht in de mooie lounge

De Nederlanden: the place to be!

Ons recent driedaags verblijf in dit schitterend hotel was een grote meevaller. Een warme ontvangst, een prima service, een uitstekend restaurant en 's avonds nagenieten in comfortabele zetels aan de oever van De Vecht, uiteraard met een lekker glaasje wijn... Een onvergetelijke fietsvakantie!

Prachtig ig mooi hotel, heerlijk ontbijt

Fijn verblijf gehad. Alles was uitstekend.. En ook het weer. Wastafelkraan was niet praktisch.

Wonderful food and location

Beautiful spot on the canal within easy striking distance of Amsterdam. Dinner was excellent. A wonderful start to our European holiday. Will definitely be back!

Hotel kent geen gastvrijheid

Ging om cadeau voor 25 jaar getrouwd stel. Ondanks opgeven credit card nummer, notitie bij reservering + 2 telefoongesprekken, werd het gefêteerde stel geconfronteerd met de rekening; eerst bij vertrek uit het hotel, later werd de rekening nog nagestuurd. Schandelijk/zeer teleurstellend Niet leuk, hotel geen aanrader.

Great little inn

Came to Vreeland for a wedding - my stay at De Nederlanden was an absolute highlight. Room was large and clean, as was bathroom (although the bathroom fixtures were a shade of pink I haven't seen since the last 70s). View overlooked the canal. Staff were super accommodating and helpful at every turn. Food at the restaurant was fantastic. Only downside was late night noise coming from the kitchen closing up and throwing trash out - a minor complaint.

Bra hotell men dyr mat.

Ett fint pittoreskt hotell med bra service. Tyvärr var maten alldeles för dyr. Rätter som börjar runt 40 Euro är på tok för dyrt. I övrigt var maten bra.
