The best time to go to Vrchy is during the summer months, from June to August, for the warmest weather and most outdoor activities.

During this period, the average daily temperatures are pleasant, typically ranging from 20 to 25 degrees Celsius, making it ideal for exploring the surrounding Moravian-Silesian Beskids mountains. You'll find the hiking trails well-maintained and the chairlifts to mountain peaks, like Pustevny, fully operational, offering stunning panoramic views.

For couples looking for an active yet relaxing break, summer is perfect. You can enjoy long walks through the forested hills, visit the open-air museum in Radhošť, or simply unwind at a guesthouse with views of the countryside. The longer daylight hours also mean more time for sightseeing and enjoying local cuisine outdoors.

Many local attractions, such as the Štramberk Trúba tower and the Tatra Technical Museum in Kopřivnice, have extended opening hours, and the warmer weather is great for children to play outdoors.
