"La Paqueraie is a wonderful gite, and we have enormously enjoyed our week there. It is situated in a peaceful rural area, surrounded by fields, a five minute drive from the centre of Saint Branchs, so it's ideal for a quiet relaxing break. It's also very well situated as a base to go and visit some of the wonderful sights and activities in the area (too many to list.) It is about 30 minutes drive from Tours. The gite itself is charming and full of character. Both bedrooms (one large and...

HÔTEL DE LA CITÉ ROYALE

10/10 Excellent

"Wonderful hotel in the center of town with great staff and great breakfast. Make sure to use the indoor pool & steam room!"

Château de la Bourdaisière

10/10 Excellent

"The Chateau was wonderful. We enjoyed walking the grounds. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We also ate at the restaurant at the chateau. The dinner each night was fantastic. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone for a truly special experience"

Mister Bed Chambray lès Tours

8/10 Good

"It was a convenient and cheap stop in our road trip. It is in a convenient location near the highway and has a few restaurants options at walking distance. We enjoyed our stay overall but it could have been better with a few improvements. The carpet in the room wasn't the cleanest, the shower was very small, and the breakfast buffet was missing savoury options."

Kyriad Tours Sud - Ballan Miré

10/10 Excellent

"Very friendly staff and a warm welcome for us and our bikes on arrival and we appreciated the option of having dinner on site as it was pouring rain. The dinner was excellent and tasty even though not cooked on the premises. We appreciated the use of the kettle downstairs in the lobby but would have like one in the room. We had a problem during our stay and the staff member Tom went above and beyond to help us - he was polite, understanding and everything you could wish for. Great shower and rooms."

Pierre & Vacances Residence Le Moulin des Cordeliers Loches

10/10 Excellent

"We loved our stay here! It is in a lovely town full of little shops and restaurants. Right by a castle. We upgraded and got a beautiful view of the castle with a balcony. Nice pool. You do need to make up your bed, bring extra toilet paper and tidy up before you go! Friendly staff we encountered and perfect location to visit all the chateaus in the Loire Valley."
