In a medieval borgo, in a unique hilly position not far from Volterra (9 km), are these two identical vacation homes (terraced end house; see also ITN191). From its modern kitchen-living room you step onto the terrace with a wide panoramic view over the unique hilly landscape of Volterra; pool shared with the other residents of the Borgo. Bright, friendly interior, living room with fireplace. Third bedroom on the gallery (sloping roof1,40m). Crib on request. Nearby destinations are San Gimignano (25 km), Siena (50 km) and the sandy beaches at Cecina (50km). Unpaved access, unsuitable for low lying cars and sports cars. In the borgo is also ITN197.

Mehr Schein als Sein

Leider sind nur die Bilder schön anzusehen. Die Wohnung war überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Der Zustand des Hauses ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. So etwas haben wir schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Das dritte Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss mit Bad ist einfach ein Witz. Die katastrophale Schotterpiste der Anfahrt (4 km) ist grenzwertig. Dieses Objekt ist aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.
