The small house is equipped with two bedrooms, with a double bed and two single beds. The cozy living room has satellite TV and here is also the roof terrace. In the kitchen there is a pellet stove that provides pleasant warmth. Also in the basement is the bathroom with tub & shower. Die Räumlichkeiten sind gemütlich und ein sehr schönes Badezimmer ist vorhanden. Die Ausstattung allerdings lässt einige Wünsche offen. Das W-Lan (kein Hinweis wie der Router heißt) funktioniert leider nicht in allen Räumen. Die Pelletheizung in Gang zu setzen ist schon eine kleine Herausforderung, zumindest für uns. Abhilfe könnte da eine kleine detaillierte Anleitung sein, statt der kompletten Betriebsanleitung. Nachrichten im Fernsehen zu schauen war für uns nicht möglich, da weder die ARD noch das ZDF als Sender zur Verfügung stehen. Die Gastgeber haben leider auch an der Küchenausrüstung gespart, so dass die Pfannen z.B. kaum funktionstüchtig sind. Vermutlich aus billigem Weißblech in dem ein Festbacken vorprogrammiert ist.Nett ist vom Gastgeber die Schokoladengabe im Obergeschoß oder auch die reichliche Auswahl an Tee- und Kaffeepads. Hier unsere Erfahrung und unsere Kritik. Wir haben das FH 1 Woche lang gemietet. Wir hatten den Besitzer nach einer Parkmöglichkeit vor Ort gefragt, welche er bejahte. Vor Ort angekommen, mussten wir feststellen, dass das FH nur über einen MINI Parkplatz vor dem Haus verfügt, der jedoch nur von wirklich geübten Fahrern genutzt werden kann. Mehr als schmale Einfahrt und das auch noch im Berg. Uns war dies nicht möglich.Nach Kontakt mit dem Hausbesitzer sollten wir so ein bisschen am Bürgersteig parken, was jedoch nicht klappte da mein Auto 1\. im Berg stand und 2\. ich schief von den Nachbarn und Autofahrer angesehen worden bin. Das FH selber empfanden wir als ungemütlich. Man kam direkt von der Eingangstür in das angebliche Esszimmer. Von dem Esszimmer ging mit einer Stufe das Bad ab (kein Fenster) und mit 1 Stufe die Küche auch kein Fenster. Von der Küche mit 2 Stufen ins Schlafzimmer und dann über eine wirklich sehr steile Treppe hinauf ins Wohnzimmer, was nicht wirklich ein Wohnzimmer war.Es hat überall sehr modrig gerochen. Es hat an einfachen Dingen gefehlt. Wie z.B. Kleiderschränke (es waren nur Kommoden da). Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank. WLAN ist sehr schwach in dem Haus. Alles in allem haben wir nur 2 Stunden vor Ort verbracht.Dann sind wir abgereist.Der FH Besitzer hat sich bis heute noch nicht mal bei uns gemeldet, obwohl wir ihn kontaktiert haben und gesagt haben wir wären vorzeitig abgereist ##### Martha P. Balkon, Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer, ein modernes Bad, Küche mit Essbereich und Holzofen. Die umgebung ist wunderschön mit viel Natur zum Wandern und spazieren gehen. Sehr zu empfehlen, hier kann man sich richtig Wohl fühlen! Man sollte aber tatsächlich mit dem Auto anreisen, da das Haus etwas ab vom Schuss ist. Ganz besonders die vielen kleinen und kleinsten Extras hier und da im Häuschen. Wir hatten unsere Wanderstiefel dabei und erkundeten die Eifel. Da konnten wir nicht viel besseres finden. Das Bad ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit Dusche plus Badewanne, warmes Wasser garantiert, und der leicht zu bedienende Pelletofen sorgte an den kühleren Abenden für die nötige Wärme. Aber keine aussicht. Wir hatten das Gefull abgeschlossen zijn sitzen. Het was schoon en goed maar helaas hadden we het gevoel opgesloten te zitten. Sehr schöne kleine und günstige Ferienwohnung mit Dachterasse. Alles da was man braucht. Platz für 4 Personen und Hund(e). Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Lage zum wandern. Lidl in 15min Entfernung mit Auto. Parkplatz vor der Tür, einziges Manko ist dass dieser eng ist.
