Man hat ein separates Wohnzimmer und eine kleine, aber sehr vollständig eingerichtete Küche. An allen Fenstern sind Rollläden, sodass es auch jetzt im Hochsommer nicht zu warm wurde in der Wohnung, was wir als sehr angenehm erfahren haben. Alle Möbel und auch die Dusche sind auch für grosse Leute geeignet. Auch die Lage ist super. Gleich um die Ecke ist der Bäcker, und man ist in ein paar Minuten bei der Ahr, in den Weinbergen oder in der Innenstadt von Ahrweiler. Parken kann man vor der Haustür. Mit Blick auf die Weinberge ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen, aber man erreicht schnell die Hotspots! Heike Sander ist eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und sehr unkomplizierte Gastgeberin! Hat man eine Frage oder braucht man einen Tipp, hilft sie gerne! Ein Fahrradverleih in der Nähe, ein gutes Weingut für die Weinprobe? Hier weiss sie Rat. Was uns betrifft sicher zu empfehlen. Heike ist eine sympathische Vermieterin. Die Wohnung bietet alles für eine Woche erholsamen Urlaub. So nah am Bäcker, da holt man gerne die Schrippen zum Frühstück, sogar sonntags offen bis 11.00 Uhr! Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, ausschlafen ist die beste Erholung. Die Betten könnten für Ältere etwas höher sein, ansonsten gab es keine Mängel. In jede Himmelsrichtung Fenster mit herrlichem Ausblick. Bachem liegt genau zwischen der Altstadt und der Kurstadt, der Ahrsteig beginnt gleich hinter dem Haus die Straße etwas rauf und die Winzer sind nicht weit weg.
