The newly built house with swimming pool situated on an elevated position with stunning panoramic view on the forest covered hills and vineyards. It is located on the edge of the village Mekisi, 4 km distant from the picturesque medieval town Vižinada, in which the guests can find a shop, cafe, ATM, while the agrotourism is 300m from the house. At only 600 meters from the house are several famous wineries. For recreational athletes, the atractive Parenzana cycle/hiking trail runs near the house.
To its guests offers the following outdoor facilities: enclosed garden of 2000qm with a well maintained lawn, terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining and private pool of 36 sqm, all for self-use. Ther is also overed parking for 2 vehicles.
Apartment Mihael for 6 persons is situated on the first floor with a total living area of 120 sqm. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, tastefully decorated and fulfilled with daily light living room with exit to the terrace with table and chairs, two double bedroom, one bedroom with separate beds, bathroom and separate toilet.
All rooms have a nice view on the green scenery. Air condition and wifi are availaible. Owners occasionally lives on the ground floor of the house.
