  • This charming stone villa could become your new favorite travel destination. Villa Jelena is located in the surroundings of Porec, near the beautiful village of Vizinada. It is decorated in a rustic style and creates the feeling of being at home with its warmth. The villa offers accommodation for up to 8 guests and is completely pet and family friendly.

    On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with underfloor heating. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a living room with a fireplace. In case you feel like organizing a gripping competition, there are some games and PlayStation 3 for you to use.

    On the second floor you will find another cozy bedroom and a bathroom. All rooms are fully air-conditioned.

    If you prefer to be outside, this villa has plenty to offer. At any time you can enjoy the carefully maintained, green garden with private pool. There are 8 sun loungers by the pool where you can completely relax with your favorite magazine or fantastic music. In case you want to play table tennis, tennis balls and rackets are available. The best thing about it is that the table tennis table is in the shade, so you can play it even when the sun is shining. Do you like the scent of lavender? There are beautiful lavender bushes in the garden, making Villa Jelena a calming oasis. There is a terrace with a dining table and a charcoal barbecue. This outdoor dining area offers impressive views of the surrounding countryside, which you can enjoy over a delicious meal or favorite drink. See for yourself and spend a pleasant vacation with family or friends in Villa Jelena.

    The villa is located in the small village of Baldasi, which is only a short drive away from the idyllic medieval village of Vizinada. Vizinada lies in quiet seclusion and yet is integrated into the hustle and bustle of the village. The town center can be reached by bike via the Parenzana, probably the most beautiful cycling route in Istria. If you visit Vizinada, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful view from the hill overlooking the Mirna Valley and the blue and green colors of Istria. A car is recommended. Beautiful beaches in the Porec area are only a short drive away.

Also vor weg , wir waren 6 Personen 1 Hund ! Und Ende Juni Anfang Juli 2026 in dem Haus !Nun ja wir erzählen mal was wir vorgefunden habe, ob das dann den Preis wert ist , darf jeder selbst entscheiden !ZIMMER und Ausstattung !Koofkissen sowie Matratze versüfft und Fleckig !teilweise Zimmerwände fleckig !Küche beissent riechender Geruch aus den Schubladen durch Schimmel !Waschmaschiene defekt ! Teilweise Steckdosen und Lampen defekt !Pool defekt ,ständige Wasserzufuhr erforderlich !Keinerlei Sicherheitshinweise !(TIEFE ) eigentlich gar keine Info Unterlagen die Haus und Ordnungen betreffen Müllabholung usw.) Gartenliegen nur zwei Voll Funktionsfähig !Grill nur am Tag benutzbar, da keine Ausleuchtung !Baustelle nebenan inkl.Lärm !Bei der Übergabe sollte eine Kurtaxe pro Person pro Tag von 2,60 gezahlt werden , was aber durch eine Anruf auf die richtigen 2,00 korregiert wurde ! Der Hund sollte auch eine extra Gebühr kosten! Was aber bei der Buchung schon inkl. war !Die Gengend war ok und für eine Woche ohne Ansprüche an die Unterkunft machbar ! Jedoch empfehlen wir dringend etwas zu tun und erst mal nicht für Kinder frei zu geben ! Da keine Übergabe am Schluss auch kein Feedback vor Ort !
