On the 1st floor of a house adjoining that of the owner's family, level access from the street and the parking lot, next to another gîte. On the ground floor: entrance, living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet, semi-covered balcony-terrace. 1 private parking space in front of the gîte. Non-smoking gîte. Semi-detached house in a residential area, 300 m from Viviers du lac, a commercial town overlooking Lake Bourget. Pleasantly furnished cottage under the roof, with reversible air conditioning. Possibility of storing bicycles in a closed shelter. Bus stop 100 m away to reach Aix les Bains (Ondéa line n°1 connecting the SNCF train station and the marina). Private parking in front of the cottage.
