Se você está procurando um lugar bastante agitado então este não e o lugar que voce esta procurando, temos pela manhã o canto dos pássaros e o barulho suave das ondas do mar. Se você quer mesmo descansar temos 4 vagas de garagem, chegando lá deixa o carro na garagem e vai até o supermercado fazer uma caminhada , temos 3 opções aproximadamente 3 quarteirões pequenos. Temos próximo a este apartamento uma série de restaurantes maravilhosos, agua neste lugar nunca faltou, ar condicionado em um apt de 440mt , com 2 portas enormes uma de frente a praia do morro e a outra de frente a praia da cerca, você vai ter que fechar as portas. Damos preferencia para Familias , Vandalismo e inaceitavel, eu te respeito e você me respeita e simples assim. Qualquer pessoa tem que assinar um contrato temporário de aluguel. A taxa da limpeza e 400 reais. A taxa para depósito em caso de perda e danos e 5000 mil reais , deposito em banco, e devolvido em 48 hrs assim que tudo for verificado. O imóvel é amplo e bem localizado, mas não possui wi-fi(necessário para trabalho nos dias de hoje), não possui TV a cabo, o aparelho de tv é pequeno e só um funciona.
