Just below the fit we have pharmacy, bakery and other trades nearby. Located on the 6th floor, consisting of a very cozy and spacious room with a double bed, mattresses, air conditioning, fan and wardrobe. A room with a sofa bed, TV, internet, table with 4 chairs. A glass-enclosed balcony, a table, 4 puff chairs and a lovely view of the waterfront. A kitchen with cabinet, piped gas stove and refrigerator, microwave, filtered water fountain, sandwich maker and household items.
