Designed with your stay in mind Both bedrooms have air conditioning — Bedroom 1 features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, wardrobes, and blackout curtains; Bedroom 2 includes two single beds, a ceiling fan, a wardrobe, and a balcony with a partial sea view. The kitchen is equipped for daily living: gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, blender, multi-purpose pressure cooker, sandwich maker, and a full set of utensils. A cold and room-temperature water filter is included. The in-apartment laundry — washing machine and drying racks — meets the practical needs of a longer stay without relying on external services. Dedicated Wi-Fi suitable for remote work and calls. Covered parking space included. Additional Costs • A basic linen set is included: bath towels, bed linens, hand towels, body soap, and toilet paper. Items are provided as a starter supply; refills are not included. • The base rate includes up to 2 guests.
