  • Charming, private detached guest house on a view lot, with private parking in a quiet neighborhood. This adorable home was the original farm house in this rural estate neighborhood, located on a cul-de-sac at the top of a breezy hill. Remodeled with new kitchen/bathroom, luxury vinyl flooring, new paint & fixtures. The bedroom has a queen bed and a lovely view. 700 sq ft house features a private fenced yard with outdoor dining and umbrella. Full sized side-by-side washer/dryer.
