  • Escape to this private hillside retreat near downtown Vista. This spacious home offers a saltwater pool, hot tub, game room, fire pit, and plenty of space to relax indoors and out. Whether you're planning a family getaway or a trip with friends, you'll have everything you need for a memorable stay.

    ‼️IMPORTANT NOTE: For safety, this home is not suitable for children ages 0–3. Children should be supervised at all times around the pool.

    • Primary: King bed, ensuite (walk-in shower)
    • Guest: King bed
    • Bunk Room: 2 bunk beds (4 twins)
    • 4th Bedroom/Game Room in lower level: Queen sofa bed, pool table, TV, arcade.

    • NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
    • THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY: Up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee. Cats are not permitted due to homeowner allergies.

    • Not baby/child proof-proofed - please walk the space on arrival and supervise kids at all times.
    • No lifeguard at the pool; only the patio is fenced.
    • CAMERAS: Exterior cameras record 24/7 (front door & side).
    • PROPERTIES: The area beyond the grass turf is somewhat uneven and unstable. Please ensure that children do not venture into this area without supervision. some fencing not fully secured.
