Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Vissac-Auteyrac, we offer this charming 80 m² house with mountain views for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and a shower room. Sheets and towels are included - we're waiting for you!  
  
The 80 m² flat is divided as follows:  
Ground floor:  
\- A living room with pellet stove, sofa and armchairs  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- A utility room  
\- Shower room   
\- Separate WC  
  
First floor:  
\- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 4: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- One garden and a terrace of around 30 m² facing south, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather (table, benches, parasol). The garden is not enclosed.   
  
The house is ideally located in Vissac-Auteyrac, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly next to the house (up to 4 cars).  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Nearest train station: Puy en Velay, about 30 km away  
\- Nearest airport: Lyon, about 170 km away  
  
Other information :  
\- Bed linen and towels included.
