Villa Amelie was built in 2024 as a solid brick structure and furnished with great attention to detail.
In the entryway, next to the foyer, there is a guest bathroom with a washing machine and dryer.
From the hallway, you enter the modern and bright living room with an adjoining dining area. The solid dining table seats up to 8 people. The fully equipped built-in kitchen is perfect for cooking and features a refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. A Nespresso capsule machine, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc., are of course also at your disposal.
Crockery and silverware are provided for 12 people. There is an ample supply of pots, pans, and kitchen accessories.
From the kitchen, you can access the breakfast patio or the large, covered patio, which features a large table with a bench and chairs. You can prepare delicious grilled dishes on the large gas grill. The garden, featuring a lawn, a sun deck with 6 lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as small side tables and the breathtaking 40-square-meter pool, rounds out the amenities. There are 2 parking spaces available on the fenced-in property, which are easily accessible via an electric gate. An electric vehicle charging station is also available.
From the living room, you can access the bedroom, which features a double bed, a closet, a desk, and a TV. A private bathroom with a shower and toilet is also available here.
From the hallway, you can take the staircase to the ground floor. Here you’ll find a bedroom with two single beds, a closet, a desk, and a TV, as well as a private bathroom. The second bedroom on this floor is furnished with a double bed, a closet, a desk, and a TV. Both rooms open onto the balcony, from which you can enjoy sweeping views of the Adriatic Sea.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a hair dryer, a safe, bed linens, and towels.
