Fantastic hotel I love this chain always so attentive and cater for every eventuality

I chose this hotel for my birthday treat , and it was perfect! The spa was incredibly relaxing, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. The staff at the front desk and the manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They also put a little welcome and birthday cake in my room. Really appreciate it. Will definitely stay again.

Staff absolutely excellent and very accommodating, even with water shortage they did everything to make the trip comfortable, owner a great guy who gave us a lift to the airport. Food really good and cooked with our gf soy sauce so everything fresh to help with allegys

We had a wonderful bungalow (sanctuary villa) and we enjoyed everything at coco groove. Superfriendly staff, very good food in the restaurants and a dream-beach. But you have to be carful, while booking-there are many different roomtypes and our friends were very unhappy with the villa they booked.

Possibly one of the best hotels in the world. First class service, food, accommodation and location. Unbelievably good.

This resturant was just unbelievable. I stayed here last year in may (late review i know) and i cannot say anything but kind and positive words about my experience here. Absolutely adored this resort from the moment we arrived. The staff at the front desk were helpful and very attentive. Our room was stunning - log bungalows accessible via wooden rope bridges. The whole setting is gorgeous. The river-view from the rooms was stunning. The restaurant is lovely and clean and the food (especially the home-made cookies) is delicious. Beautiful hotel in the heart of d-mall.

It's the little things that make this place something to come back to: welcome drinks upon arrival, welcome drinks when our boat returned from an island day-trip, staff who call guests by name, and the staff that checked us into our flight AND sent someone to the airport to fetch our boarding passes. It makes the food prices and rather out-of-the-way location (40min from city) quite insignificant details.

No major issues. Great resort overall - I can even say that it is the best resort in Cebu. Some of the amenities need refresh (I understand that is in progress). My recommendation is that this resort tries to do more to be child friendly e.g. add water slides etc.

Lovely hotel - really friendly staff, variety breakfast selection, excellent spa and very convenient being next door to the shopping centre.

We enjoyed our stay here, and the majority of the staff were very helpful (particularly Violet at reception). The room is very clean and modern, as are the pool and gym. However, the food is expensive and was on the whole fairly average quality. Furthermore, some of the breakfast staff were pretty rude.
